Deep Dive into Practice: Helping children and teens master anxiety
My courses facilitate an understanding of how children and teends develop and the social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties that affect their lives at home, at school, and within their relationships with parents, siblings, teachers and peers. Learn cutting-edge, practical strategies to promote their well-being and independence.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to help children and teens manage anxiety and big feelings, as well as to regulate their behaviour and improve their independence.
The good news is that you are not alone, and I am here to help!
Whether you are a professional wanting to boost your skills to become highly effective in your work or parents wanting to best support your children, I can help you every step of the way.
With over 20 years of clinical experience helping children and teens, I have developed proven systems and strategies to capitalize on their strengths while increasing their self-esteem, confidence, and resilience.
I also understand the struggles firsthand, having ADHD myself and parenting kids with ADHD and anxiety. Knowledge is empowering and can change perspectives, turning what seems like a disadvantage into an advantage! It takes commitment, overcoming obstacles and hard work to get there but together we can rebuild the family unit and establish lasting change.
